Monthly plans make it easier to budget for regular use; data packs suit access that's spread out over time. Choose based on how often you connect and how much data you use, not just the plan name.

Review your plan, then pay

In the user dashboard, choose a monthly plan or data pack, then check the plan name, data allowance, billing method and order total. The same data amount does not mean the same validity period—distinguish monthly allowances from the total data in a pack.

After confirming your order, choose Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT and follow the checkout instructions. For USDT payments, use the payment details and requirements shown on that checkout page. Do not reuse information from another order or an external message.

Return to your order and check its status

After paying, return to the dashboard to check the order status, then review your plan and data details in the overview. If the status has not updated yet, check the payment record and matching order first. Do not pay again just because the page still says pending.

If you need help checking an order, submit its details, your payment method and a description of the issue through a dashboard ticket. Redact unrelated personal information from any supporting documents. Never send your password, full subscription link or other account credentials.

Refund policy

60 days to request a refund

To decide whether the service suits you, try it on your own devices and usual networks. Follow the setup guide, then test the international websites, work tools or streaming services you use regularly. The plan provides network access; confirm membership requirements and account rules with each platform separately.

To request a refund, sign in to the dashboard and submit a ticket with your request and the relevant order details. Keep your order record handy to help verify the payment and plan; you do not need to provide your account password or subscription link. Common questions before you pay

How much do VPNRose plans cost?

Plans start at ¥9.9/month for 60GB, with 250GB at ¥18/month and 500GB at ¥28/month. Data packs cost ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB. Data packs never expire and are used until depleted. Monthly plan data resets monthly on the activation date.

How many devices can I use at once?

Use as many devices as you need. Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux are supported. Unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data, so keep an eye on the remaining data in your plan.

How long is the refund period, and how do I request a refund?

Refunds are available within 60 days, with no reason required. Sign in to the user dashboard and submit a ticket with your refund request and the relevant order details. You can review the refund policy before submitting; check your ticket for updates. Do not include your account password or subscription link in a ticket.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT. Choose a plan in the user dashboard and check the order total before following the checkout instructions. Return to the order page after payment to confirm its status, and avoid paying again just because the page has not updated yet.

When does monthly plan data reset, and how are upgrades calculated?

Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Check the amount shown in the dashboard before upgrading; do not estimate it using calendar months or a full month's price.

Will a data pack expire if I don't use it for a long time?

Data packs never expire and remain available until depleted. They do not reset monthly and are not unlimited; check the remaining balance in the dashboard to decide whether you need more data.
