Service Scope

VPNRose provides subscription services for cross-border access and access to international websites, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Obtain clients, manage subscriptions, and select routes through the user panel and the relevant client app. The routes currently available are listed in the panel.

The service provides network connectivity; it does not include third-party website accounts, memberships, content rights, or permissions to use their services. Third-party services may determine access based on regional policies, account requirements, and their own rules. A successful network connection does not grant eligibility to use those services.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required; you can create an account with a username and password. Keep your password and subscription link secure. A subscription link functions as an access credential and should not be posted on public pages, in groups, or in code repositories. If credentials are exposed or used unexpectedly, stop sharing them and take action through the panel or submit a support ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be connected at the same time. This applies to devices managed by the account holder and does not permit sharing an account with others or distributing a subscription. Reselling, renting, or lending accounts, or using a subscription to provide a public proxy service to others, is prohibited. The multi-device policy must not be used for unauthorized commercial distribution.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire. Before choosing, review the plan details and confirm the price, data allowance, and billing method in the panel.

Lawful Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations of your location and any region involved in your use of the service, as well as the terms of the platforms you access. You must not use the service for fraud, infringement, distributing unlawful content, unauthorized data acquisition, or any other unlawful purpose.

You must not carry out network attacks, malicious scanning, spam, or actions that interfere with other users’ connections. You must not attempt to obtain another person’s account, subscription credentials, or system permissions. You are responsible for actions you initiate; network acceleration does not change the legal nature of those actions.

Availability and Scope of Liability

Connection performance depends on factors including your local network, carrier routing, destination websites, device configuration, and route congestion. VPNRose does not guarantee connection results in every environment, fixed speeds, or uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, route adjustments, and external network failures may interrupt some connections.

If a problem occurs, first check your local connection and client settings, then review panel notifications or submit a support ticket. Responsibility for third-party platform changes, user configuration errors, and external events beyond reasonable control should be determined based on the circumstances. These terms do not exclude mandatory obligations under applicable law or waive liability that cannot legally be waived.

Account Restrictions and Termination

In cases involving unlawful use, resale or sharing, attacks, or compromised credentials, VPNRose may suspend affected connections or restrict account features based on the risk. Any action should be proportionate to the issue. If further verification is needed, we may ask you to provide details through the panel.

If you disagree with an action, submit the relevant information through a support ticket. Do not include your full password or subscription link. Subscription expiry, depleted data, and termination for violations are different situations. Check the panel status and the specific notice to distinguish between them; an inability to connect alone does not mean the account has been terminated.

Changes to These Terms and Refund Guidance

When service rules change, VPNRose will update this page and revise the last-updated month. Important changes affecting service rights will be explained through an on-site announcement or the user panel, including their scope and applicable arrangements. Changes must comply with applicable law; updating this page does not replace any notice required by law.
